if u have time to EXP u have time to farm period

no excuse to no have upgraded weapons and even some slots ,ppl arent asking for +1 gear on every slot or , PCA , and all expensive gear , but some updated gear every 7-10 lvls

if i find some1 like that , i talk to them , explain why u are going to kick them , or why u wont party with them ....that goes a long way.

warrior shield/sword , mages w/o up to date spells , ect are a pain ....hell i remember a nin w/o utsusemi because he cba to farm yagudos ....really?

its only SJ its no excuse...plus all the gear can be sold once used , or used by another job....

i stoped leveling and farmed my ass off to gear up....is not fun we all know that , but farming is required sooner or later.

No ones requiring them to have bis +1, but correct nq gear with a lvlsync approriate weapon (not to mention the right subjob and spells) is 100% essential.

My free time isn't unlimited, and wasting someone else's time coming to xp with shit gear is more rude than kicking them.

I don't hate this idea but I think it should be opt-in. Even FFXIAH wont show you anyone gear/crafts/etc if the person does not opt-in first.

Sounds like a waste of time to me, not everyone is going to be wearing their tip top best 100% of the time while seeking for party.

I might be in the Mog House with no clothes on wearing strength rings as a caster, I might be out farming wearing something that just looks cool. I'm not strictly against it but it sounds like a solution looking for a problem, if someone shows up having totally shitty gear that's just a case of shitty player; a gear checker isn't going to fix that.
(And yes people like that are frustrating, they usually get booted pretty quick)
