(You can't complete supply quests to these regions at the moment.)

same with zulkheim. Sandy owns it, but says bastok when you get there.

I send nas a message to restart these zones so that this issue is fixed

any word on this at all? I am currently with Kolshushu supplies and cannot finish the delivery because it had Sandy npcs at the outpost I am hope I am not stuck for the entire week because there are good outposts for Bastok I need.

Bubu was already restarted many hours ago, so the correct guards should be there. Rmap should match them.

Kolshushu has the correct guards, Elshimo Lowlands has the correct guards, and Zulkheim has the correct guards.

All is well now.

hello, it seems that kolshushu's suply is dead again
It has the correct npcs but bastokian's flag :/ someone told me it was already the case last week

best bet would be to submit a ticket about it, it usually requires a zone reset to fix
