i am in the same boat.

I log in today and have my 2 rarest pieces missing from me ( emperor hairpin/ leaping boots ) and on top of that 600k missing, nothing else seems to be touched but my character was randomly log in another zone i never went for long time.

I do not share account info in any way also.

Looks like there are 3 possibilities:

1. Your password was laughably easy to guess.
2. You have a keylogger on your PC.
3. There was a breech in Nasomi's security and someone got a lot of people's login details.

I'm going with option #1 or #2.

Deft/Drop

1) i have a strong password from what i know ( capital letter/number/small caps/symbols/12+ words ), never shared account info with anyone

2) did multiple malware/etc scans with various different softwares and found nothing.

my account was hacked in the same matter the original post was, i had my 2 most valuable pieces taken + gil and character logged in different zone than i previously did.

is it possible that people are using an identical login on a different private server, and that other server’s owner/admin is just trying to log into nasomi with it? or, they could have sold the usernames/passwords to someone?

I've never played on another private server and I was a victim of this.
