My brother hops around between 3 locations when he plays on his account. it says he has been IP banned from fourms at his house location who uses the same internet provider as me but and he can still log on and play the game at my house and our parents homes. Why would this be a issue all the sudden?

Secuirty issue? As in? He is still able to log in i know that just from any place but his own house it seems makes no sense

I just got up banned too because I use a VPN at work since my employer blocks all the fun stuff. Probably just a woopsie.
