logged in for a bit this morning. came back and got this message trying to select character after ashita sign in and game launched? been bad luck for me these last few days. tried reinstalling nasomi and ashita, still nothing

Try to restart your network adapter or router. If your character is still online, use the clear session tool.

ok, I restarted everything. wasn't the problem. signed on nas and checked my accounts. they are online. how do I use the clear session tool?

Log into the account page, select char, maint, clear session.

having the same problem...i logged into my account on the site selected my char but see no maint or clear seesion just reset password. any insight? thank you

ok i cleared session but it didnt do anything D:

You can now only have 1 character per game login- it will error otherwise. If you want more than 1 character you have to make a separate game login for each on the account page.
