If you have other characters tied to the characters account, delete them via the maintenance page

Ive been trying to get in for an hour now, gets stuck at Notifying lobby server of current selections then times out to get a 3113 Protocol time out error. Yet I can get on my alt no problem, only my main is affected. Can anyone help?

Game accounts can only have 1 character on them now. This was in the works and public info for over a year now!

Delete additional characters through https://na.nasomi.com/account/login.php

If the character you need to delete doesn't show up, re-log into the page until they do.
