PLD needed some adjustments as we all know with Rampart and Fealty both being grossly overpowered, but this recent update still left some issues with our JAs.

Cover -- Flat out does not work. Now the ability activates but it is impossible to actually "Cover" anything. This needs to be looked at some more and in addition, it's probably a good idea to make sure Valor Surcoat and Valor Surcoat +1 are functioning correctly too because there's not much point in the JA anyway if they don't work.

Fealty -- Completely busted in my testing. It should be a 100% immunity to all status effects (enfeebles) including those added as an after-effect or additional effect from a WS. It does not function at all.

Rampart -- Fortunately now functioning as intended on retail, and now even Valor Coronet works.
