Just wondering if it's possible to play the retail game account with the Nasomi's installation files.

No, as the Nasomi files are too old to be used for retail.

If you already have retail installed however, you can point Windows to launch the correct game files by using a script found here: http://nasomi.com/wiki/index.php?title= ... Installing

Thanks for the reply Nabutso, that's one solution there! but would it also be possible to install the game to a different directory and run it for retail? or would it conflict with Nasomi game files?

Installing retail will create a conflict. So will installing Nasomi after retail. The fix is here: http://nasomi.com/wiki/index.php?title= ... asomi_swap

Thanks for the reply Nabu, I would like to ask one more thing .. I recently started to have an error with the Nasomi Launcher since the last update. I believe one of the guys said that I have to re-install the whole game. I couldn't find the Nasomi nor FFXI listed in the programs and files under control panel. Do I have to manually delete it from the Program Files folder?
