When approaching endgame content (finding an LS) you should probably talk with leaders and sacks in game to get a feel of where would best suit you. Find out a bit about their system and how lotting works, what events they run, what times etc. If leaders aren't willing to take a few minutes to talk it might be telling. At the same note when dealing with prospects I appreciate them asking about the LS so no one is wasting their time in the long run.

Then step 2 find out if they're actively recruiting. Each endgame LS is at different spectrums and specializes in different things.

It's not persay "one size fits all". If you're serious about joining an endgame shell you may want to do a bit of leg work. Just my 2 cents.
