Both characters get locked in black screen in Ru'lude gardens. It first happened with a tidal, I have to log in on the forums and clear session -> unstuck to be able to log back in. (I left them in Ru'lude overnight and when I woke up still had the same blackscreen issue). I also tried running from Qufim, and still had the same issue trying to zone into gardens.

Has anyone else had this issue?

What zone does it say your character is in on https://na.nasomi.com/account/login.php ?

It says they are logged in at Ru'Lude Gardens

Does this happen on all internet connections you use? Can you try using tethered phone internet?

Hm I'm on a desktop that's a good idea though. I will try that on a laptop

Woo! Logged in the laptop fine using my cell phone tether. What causes that to happen?

Blocked or used ports. Each zone has a unique port.

Edit: Ah I didn't realize I had firewall on...trying to turn that off, still seems to be an issue on desktop with firewall off.

It wouldn't be your firewall, but maybe your ISP.

This did turn out to be ISP related. Got them on the phone and they reset my modem and it appears to be working now. Thanks Nabutso for getting me on the right tracck
