My friend created an account a week ago or so and can play the game fine, but he had issues trying to log into this site. He used the password reset and did as instructed, but it still told him the password was incorrect. After that the account locked so we did not try again. What can we do to fix this? I am worried about him getting stuck after a bad tital or zone and not be able to get out.

The lockout is only for 1 hour after 5 bad attempts.

Make sure he isn't logging into the website with an email, it's his forum username.
