Meh, I've played here with same mindset the whole time. I report any bug I come across with relevant info. Wait 1 month. No fix/message, I continue playing as if it's intended. Much like Rampart and Fealty were broken, I used them for EZMODE once my PLD was tanking things.

I still remember when I said few people have monopoly on momo ichi, he said it isnt true because its been taken off. than soon as video of nas came.. "oh yeah its common knowledge" and even comments helping people with their question, does momo ichi bcnm drop it? Nab: yes of course.
I would just lol every time I seen him post people asking about momo ichi.. lol.. still do..

The point is just to let people get a Rare/EX Kclub. Nas is just taking the same method he applies to stuff like Leaping Boots (NM drops it, BCNM drops EX version) and applying it to the kclub. You can compete in the open field for one, have to get claim, etc, or you can spend seals and hope you get lucky, but without the competition attached.

So players assume for a year and a half the item is coded like retail, until one day, a particularly skeptical person goes to confirm. Afterall, most people figured out in a month or two that this server wasnt(and still isnt) retail. He gets an octave club, figures out it is just a kclub(thanks dsp), and proceeds to start enjoying himself. But a player GM jails him, because he's clearly using the item how it's not intended to be used(lol), and player gm goes and camps LOO(LOL), but nasomi lets him out of jail real fast. But now he has to compete with the player gms character, because the player gm had the same two pieces of info the other player had: Octave club was a kclub and nasomi didnt care. Oh the dramas, a grand total of maybe 2 octave clubs ever dropped, and at least one was banned later unrelated. Nas deletes LOO, deletes player gms, and forgets about the whole thing. A couple years later, he deletes all the bcnms due to an actual fucking exploit. And now 2 years after that, LOO has kclub, and before he even releases octave club back onto the server via the bcnm, he tells all of you that it is not coded like retail and will be on the bcnm.

Im sorry for revealing your dark past, nas, but Cunningham's law.

The player GM was a guy by the name of Nottellingyou. He was responsible, over the course of a couple weeks, for uncovering one of the greatest exploits the server has ever witnessed, as well as wrongfully jailing a couple people and gaining an unfair advantage or two, as mentioned. Oh, and they havnt really played in years.

Also, for the sake of my previous post, you should have declared someone to be that GM, lol.
