Hello,

I have downloaded and installed this game for the second time in a row, unfortunately the same thing happened the second time as it did the first. Which is, while downloading, my antivirus quarantined parts of the file automatically, which I then manually took out of quarantine and also put it on the ignore list so that it won't get quarantined again. But it restored the file onto the desktop, not back to where it belonged. I then put it manually into the Nasomi folder. I do not know whether that was ok or not. Anyway I kept getting error msgs and eventually deinstalled the game. Also removed any related files manually.

Now that I downloaded it for the second time, same thing happened with the "suspicious" file, even though I formerly had put it on ignore list. Now, after being restored, its back on desktop again.
I run NasomiXI as Admin, but yet again get an error msg:

System.Exception: Failed to launch boot file.

File Path: .\\ffxi-bootmod\\boot.exe
Error: 2
at Ashita.Classes.AshitaInjector.<>c__DisplayClass0_0.<LaunchConfiguration>b__0()

After the first download I also additionally and manually installed Ashita3, even though in the config window of NasomiXI its stated that it is Ashita3. However, then too I got error msgs of the same sort as above. So I don't know what to do now.

I am so very sorry to start this way and and give you this nonsense to read. I was so excited to start playing ffxi again, I used to be a very dedicated player in the early 2000's.
So I tried to be as specific as possible with my problem and kindly request your help.

I used the https://na.nasomi.com/software/Ashita.zip (direct link)
and got this error msg

Did you actually fully install nasomi using the nasomi installer?
