are you currently in a level sync party, synced to level 31?

If your character is in the MULE slot it cannot level past 10. Log into https://na.nasomi.com/account/login.php and make sure any character you use beyond lv 10 is in the MAIN or ALT slot.

I have man, alt, and mule and i still have the same problem with the thf...

My alt/mule need to be switched too, having trouble pming due to lack of posts.
