BLU AF Quest is bugged, if you talk to Waoud as a 40+ BLU he starts the quest 'An Empty Vessel' which is the quest to unlock BLU.

If you answer all his questions correctly he tells you you're wrong and says come back tomorrow.

RIP BLU, pointless to level the job without the AF Body.

I don't know about intentional, but it was certainly expected by anyone who pays attention around here.

What is 'everything else'?

It's a buff to the high end and a nerf to the low end. Retail was a nerf to everything but the high end, which didn't get buffed.

Go try it out for yourself instead of freaking out. No one here has actually went and seen what the damage and accuracy differences are yet.
