Not sure how this happened, but my main is now my mule and so I'm stuck at 21 with capped EXP. Any way I can make this mule my main again? o_O?

You shouldn't expect a response if you sent him a message a "bit ago". You need to wait in line behind everyone else who has submitted an issue and has not yet been responded to.

I have had this issue for 8 days now. My character Fabulous has been locked in mule status preventing me from leveling for 8 days now. Sent 5 messages still nothing fixed.
