Hello,

I am trying to come back from a hiatus but I keep getting the 3101 error. I have tried everything in the error instructions page for this error. I am not creating a new character so it has nothing to do with that either. I am able to get to my character selection screen, select the character, and then the 3101 error comes.

Any ideas?

I had this same problem yesterday. I came back to find the same error. I found that I needed to delete a character using the maintenance option on this website. you only have 1 character on each account now.
