We used to do it 1-2 hours before conquest. The meter will fluctuate, making you think it's not working. It works.

No matter the Nation you're from, if you organize and camp areas before the Conqiest tally you'll flip zones. But you have to play the game and this might be the friendliest competition on Nasomi right now.

Yeah, like Kanodin said, you just need to focus that last hour or two before the tally - nothing else really matters since the beastmen bar moves so fast anyway. It can definitely be done if you can get enough friends together. A one or two parties of a single nation burning through exp together can flip just about any region from zero, even Zulkheim. I have a main and an alt both in Windy and have all OPs on one and only missing one or two on the other
