With clean installs, 2000$+ machine, 200mbps/down 20up.

For some people in my LS there seems to be no issue, no lag no delay, however for some there are massive delays including myself. Tonight at Nidhogg I was getting a massive delay, and this seems to be typical for me. Tonight I was behind a full 2 minutes of some people and getting an ability delay on my screen of over 1 minute. Some people in my LS get worse stats than that, some people don't get it at all. Maybe a bad client build? Any thoughts besides lol what a shiteshow.

After the new launcher was released, the one that coincided with the end of the ddos attacks, the lag issue was like night and day. It was fixed and working amazingly. Hnms were super clear. Swarm pulling in dyna was upgraded intensely with the new clients ability to contain the lag. I was using the launcher with whatever old version of the game that I was playing. My tparty never worked with it. I couldn't ever figure it our nor could nabutso. So I uninstalled the game and reinstalled the version up now which is NasomiXI because I was fed up with not having tparty. Since doing this, all of the lag that existed before is back. And I am sad. I experienced the same nidhogg tonight. Anywhere between 4-8 minutes behind real time at any given moment during that ridiculousness.

Certain people are still using an old client build, like Aeroo said. Unfortunately anyone who fresh installs would probably have this problem. I guess there is still a massive advantage for anyone who is still using the old client.

After Nidhogg raged, it briefly went unclaimed and was grabbed by another LS. I heard people in Discord telling me that it had gone unclaimed and been re-claimed. It was a full two minutes later before I saw it go yellow on my screen. It obviously would have been impossible for me to claim it.

I had been using an old install from well over two years ago until a few days ago and I still have/had all the same problems with lag and delay.

Immediately after the fix Aeroo mentioned I also recall noticing significantly less lag and delay, only for it to go back to "normal" shortly after another update, didn't seem like it was something on my end but I'd love to be wrong.

To be honest, ima use names cause why not.

I reinstalled after the update Aeroo is discussing and I had no lag for like a day or two, and currently have massive delays. Reinstalled last night again to see if anything happens.

Lol my connection is 30 up 30 down and my rig is a 7 year old Alienware ROFL and I had maybe a second delay if that at Niddhog last night. I also have reinstalled with the same update everyone else has.

Nas is aware of what causes this and the reason the fix was removed was because some players were having issues zoning with the fix. There's a way to get it out to everyone without breaking some people's zoning, but nas has been -very slow- at getting a new launcher out. It's been ready for months.
