Welcome to endgame? Your suggestion to fixing things has never worked here, it wasn't being taken seriously because we've tried it and it doesn't catch on. Unfortunately the solution needs to come from Nasomi, not the playerbase. Agreements between the leaderships fall apart quickly when we have real lives and can't be around at every single camp-- Worse still when people like Chess operate in bad faith as a rule. You weren't being realistic if you thought this was going to amount to anything but a train wreck of a thread.

You're acting like TopShelf is the sole reason why plans have "failed" when actually it is not. Plans like this fail because people do not want to give up an HNM that has a chance to unclaim and they could claim and get loot.

Like it was stated in a previous thread, "The claiming shell is not usually the killing shell" sounds about right.

You may be correct in everything you say but I would be a fool to not at least attempt some kind of amicable solution. Maybe I'm giving too much credit to the population and thinking there could be a solution. Whether it's my thoughts/ideas or not. Most of the server is driven by greed from what I've seen so I can empathize with you there. However it isn't in me to be apathetic when problems arise.

I think nasomi mostly believes in the whole free market figuring out what needs fixed. So if it isnt a problem that is effecting player numbers, it takes him forever to get to it. This is my opinion of him, and generally makes me believe it's better for there to be more drama, anger, forum bullshit around these mobs. However, I understand your desire to be a driving force in fixing these problems to keep from having such lows for the player base.



On an unrelated note, since ahriman brought up his usual parroted TS crashing zones. I think it's hillarious that a large number of zone crashes were caused inadvertently by people warping out in their allys, some of them thinking they were being kind and helping with the lag, but then at least some of the time causing a zone crash.
