To follow this up, Im not 100% sure that it works even when applied. I had conflicting results, as Limbus is kind of buggy, so if you wanted to do conclusive testing that would be great.

the ability activates but doesnt seem to do anything, there is limited feedback so i cant tell if it is just not working or if im missing

also seems like the npc sells them for 10x what they should be

Tomahawk indeed does "Something".

In Apollyon the Sea Monk NM on the crab floor that is immune to slashing damage, becomes succeptabel to all forms of damage after tomahawk.

I dunno, I thought that, and then next time I just fought it without tomahawk, and it started taking regular damage from everything. I wouldnt use Limbus as reliable source.
