Wolff it's gonna take a ton of work on my end keeping it organized and if everyone isn't on board to at least listen then I'd prefer to just let this die and we can just deal with what we've been doing.
It would entail making a complete discord so all leaders can view as a reference and keeping tabs on overall ToDs and keeping track of everyone's typical prime time etc. It's not a simple task but I was willing to put forth effort if it was for the greater good.
As many have stated though all it takes is 1 new LS or 1 LS just throwing a tantrum in order to mess up the whole situation.
It's just a simple pipe dream I suppose but I won't regret giving this at least some sort of discussion here.
