Notice in the 2nd picture, he uses Hundred Fists. all those attacks in the first picture came before he even used the ability.

During that middle stretch, I was kiting him. I thought he had already used Hundred Fists so I was waiting it out.

There is a chance I could beat him if I'm faster at getting three Asuran Fists off, but this is ridiculous.

All MNK mobs are bugged like this since the haste update. The longer they're up, the more haste they have.

I'm not sure if Maat works the exact same way as other MNK mobs on this bug, but if so, not spending all that time in the BCNM before engaging might help. TP isn't removed on going into the BCNM so you can sleep for TP outside as long as it doesn't change weapons (e.g. de-equipping a secondary as you lose /nin, etc), and then you can engage him immediately upon entering.

So that's what it is. Noticed this with flytraps in carpenter's landing. Is Nas aware of this?
