I desperately needed a THF for my party. So I sent all of the seeking THF's a /t. Because this role it critical, and I must have the THF with the highest capabilities, rank was simply not enough to delineate the talent in my list of 7 candidates. I asked for an itemized list of equipment, to further vet their potential as a contribution to my XP party.

At 9:15, I sent a /t to Docomoz. He was only rank 2... but I had a feeling about this one. I had a sense that he had great potential, despite his lower rank.

25 minutes go by. Docomoz has still not responded to my tell. Maybe he was playing hard to get?

I wanted to do some more due diligence before I sent an invite for this coveted role... So I travelled from the gates of Sandy, all the way to the cliffs of Qufim to inspect Docomoz's gear.


Ehhhh.... Long story short... I invited the Rank 9 THF.

I feel like you're the guy I was in a Qufim party with that insisted that resting to heal his wyvern was more beneficial than auto attacking.

I feel like your the guy told me that don't provoke when wyvern have aggro cause it saves you mp so you don't have to heal the party.

yes going to fish with inventory full of gear, so i can run back and fourth between npc selling a hundred time, so smart when fishing to maximise your efficiency. That's why you still sitting with a haubby NQ right the time you spent on your mission lol. Also you're on your 75 what party could I've had with you?

6 parties in a week, seeking on thf? That's pretty good actually.

lol I know this was coming! yes yes make your own party, I tried actually, either camps were taken, or not enough jobs available. I would do 3 thf pt, but others don't so that's not happening.

I can’t take this thread seriously, people have told you what your issue is. For real though, you know that you’d invite someone that’s rank 2 at level 60+ as a last resort.

On a separate not are you or the creators of PheonixDown from Era?

Consider ranking up as an investment. Is it worth it to spend 2 hours getting to rank 6 to get more exp/hr?

This ^ is why your not getting invites. Do a /sea all inv your lvl range and see how many THFs are seeking right now. Its hard to lvl up THF in partys because its so popular, so when people start looking at rank naturally your going to end up bottom of the list even if your gear is pimp. You asked for an answer and you were given one its up to you to decide to ignore it and carry on as you are.
