For the sake of updating my graph + defining “way more”, how much over 40M did it sell for?

Why 40m? It's definitely in the DMZ zone, but I'm not the one that can tell anyone the actual value, I wasn't the seller. But another should be available soon enough, maybe you can save up enough for that one ;) You can have first dibs

Seems pretty meh to have so much to say and being in the know about the sale but not want to share the price so we can all get an idea of what someone was recently willing to pay. Noone is asking who it got sold to. Giving the price would strengthen your argument.
