Log into your forum account under the account section.


Select the character in southern sandoria that is stuck.


Go to maintenance and go through the two step process to unstuck your character.


You will be sent to the previous zone you came from.

getting error 3001 now when trying to sign in after doing the "unstuck" option

Yeah, stuck in south sandy last night. I tried logging in and out, using the unstuck, and the clear session. No luck. Gonna try again tonight.

This sounds like the zone was full. There appears to be a cap of ~161 people in the zones. I believe this is also why Bastok Mines and South San d'Oria have been crashing. I think Nas coded something, or it's due to repeat attempts and the zone fails, to crash the zone to clear the afk's so people can get in.

Eh, he has to manually reset the zones though. So when they go down at midnight, they stay down until 6am. It's more likely they crashed, and people kept piling in getting stuck, boosting the numbers up. But Ive never payed enough attention to tell you youre wrong. Maybe these zones are crashing when they hit 161, just dont think he means for them to do so.

It may not be built in for sure, but I watched it happen one day when I couldn't log my alt in. The crash could have been a coincidence and just due to extra stress or something from the zone being full. There definitely is a cap on the number of people though, I've seen that multiple times.
