Ok now you just truly are special. To clarify this all up. Joey contacted us about wanting 1 Kirin’s Osode, 1 Byakko”s Haidate, 1 W legs abjuration. He was told in order to better his chances, he should farm another set of each; just because you say you want this does not guarantee those specific drops. Which is why he farmed a second pop to begin with.

I was AFK all day long Sunday till 5pm est, which is why it got moved back from 4 to 5 to begin with. You were never ever mentioned in ANY sort of deal done. In fact no one knew who you were except you was “camping” Suzaku. We then proceeded to do the pops as planned. Got 1 Haidate on the second Byakko (Joey was happy he got a 2nd pop then).

Went to Kirin, first loot pool 2 Wlegs, Kirin’s Osode. We were already under the impression the deal has been completed. 1 Haidate, 1 Wleg, 1 Kirin’s Osode, cool check done. Then we get TOLD by you and Joey that you are in fact not a spectator etc. Between the pops and during the fight, Joey was told MULTIPLE times that he can either pick 1 Kirin’s Osode or 1 Wlegs, not both. Littlejoey proceeded to lot the Wlegs once again, all because he messed up and lotted on the wrong account (not the first time Joey has done something to this extent though) which you didn’t see as you were invited after the fact. After the second kill you both were told AGAIN multiple times, 1 Kirin’s Osode or 1 Wlegs. The Wlegs was chosen therefore THAT is why you were kicked from the alliance.

You came to me basically crying on discord “because you were so mad” about everything. It was explained to you then why everything went down the way it did. You offered a million gil for the Osode, in which we agreed to sell to you for that price because we felt as if Joey screwed you over. And it was fast gil didn’t have to sit on it for weeks on end. So thank you for that offer.

I agree this is vague, however I read it as 1 Haidate, 2 Osode, 2 Wlegs. The fact that no confirmation is included takes away from his case though.

This is also my reading, especially regarding the absence of an agreement. I originally thought that the buyer would have documented everything. I do this even with my own LS people and OWNM drops because human memory is notoriously reconstructive. The fact that more evidence has not surfaced here is making me wonder. I'll check back later and see what happens.

Hmm where do I start... for one, I never once said that I was "so mad" - and anger was never my tone.

He's really not worth responding to, because he is just lying through his teeth to try and cover his tracks.

For example, on Discord, he noted that the original deal was 1x Byakko 1x Crimson and 1x Kirin's Osode.
Then he claimed that it was updated to 1x Byakko 1x Crimson and 2x Kirin's Osode.
He said he has the screenshots of the deal to prove it.
(there were 10+ Vendetta members in the discord - who all heard him say this)

And its hilarious that he is NOW saying that there was never even an updated deal - after we farmed the second pop set.
He is insinuating that we farmed the second set to simply "increase our chances" for the loot drops.

Under what logic does that make sense? No one is buying that bologna, dude!
