Whether Joey or Womper are morons isn't really the point. If the person giving the pops wants to change the deal, you stop the killing until you determine and agree to what the deal will be, otherwise you don't use their pop items. They obviously don't feel like they were changing anything right before the 2nd Kirin, but if you feel like they were and you weren't okay with it.. There shouldn't be a second Kirin. Otherwise, once you pop it.. They're going to believe you're agreeing with them on the terms of the deal, since you chose to use their pops for your LS.
Some decent lessons here.... Joey is still an idiot.. Womper probably should find better friends... Sov is still Sov.

oh... also a decent lesson: Making this much trouble for your LS, Sov, for 1m gil is dumb.
