Hey guys. Im currently working on a relic. Ghorn.

On second stage and have the Pyrrhic horn currently in my possession.

When speaking to the NPC, he tells me I don't have anything for him to work on. (He should just recognize it in my inventory like he did the first time). I thought maybe I need to wait. I have no attempted every day since. And waited until conquest tally. And still nothing.

Has anyone had this issue? Or have an idea of what might be going on?

Have you tried trading him the Pyrrhic horn and the 3 items required for next stage?

There is no dialogue on 2nd stage , you just need to trade items

That was the solution.

I expected him to tell me the items I need as wiki indicated.

I had attempted trading all WITH the currency. That order solved my problem.
