Usually personal experience is the driving force that generates enough emotion for someone to go out of their way to type a post as THICC as that one.

Though, it's not much of a revelation to Nasomi or gaming in general, it's still an important issue that Royalized addressed well and in the correct manner, if ever there were one. Regardless of post count, what he said is important.

You are spot on. There is a big difference between managers and leaders. Leaders gain the trust of followers, working with them as they motivate and inspire the group. Managers can only manage smaller groups and situations. Such as setting up and organizing events. Leaders are self-aware in their ability to be unique. Managers copy others.
