A lot of my linkshell, I've had the privilege of doing end game with since 2004. There are too many linkshell "leaders" that think they are above others. In my linkshell, we're all equal, working towards a common goal. Even as the leader, I've never solo lotted any drop. Giving everyone the just the chance to obtain something says a lot. Too many people are greedy and in most linskhells on this server, their members are in this "fest or famine" , they feel they are in some type of hierarchy lotting list that for w/e reason their efforts are only viewed by time spent and this ruins a lot of end game for most people. Luckily the way I run HiB, I haven't had one member leave because of how we function. Greed and drama free, we're all going to eat. "Mandatory" will kill your linkshell.

Honestly, It's crazy. I've thrown you all my gimp friends and they've done nothing but succeed and get geared in your shell. Warms my lil' heart that is beat. <3
