You haven't done much searching because in the Samurai job forum there are multiple posts talking about WS sets. One of which is literally titled "Sam WS sets".

I see your single post that reiterates the findings from retail, but I have heard the same rumor of the poster above about Nasomi being different. I dismissed the rumor as hearsay and geared as I did 10 years ago, but thought maybe someone could confirm or debunk it here with some actual discussion since I keep seeing people bring it up. It wouldn't shock me if the damage formulas are different here based on some of the other differences, but I'm not knowledgeable enough about coding differences between Darkstar/Nasomi/retail to really contribute.

You think because his findings happen to be the same as they should be from retail, that means he hasn't tested anything else?

I believe he directed to you the place to debunk said theory.

Because that's the only thread in that subforum talking about gearsets.

If what you're asking for is a concrete answer with data to back it up, you're gonna be waiting a while. I'm not going to go do 1000s of WS in each set again just so you know for sure.

Missing one of the most important parts of increasing your damage output, engage fast / auto-target. You'd be surprised how little some people care to focus on this and how much it can hinder your damage.

Newcomers who are used to old retail auto-target, Nasomi's version will feel different but is still viable in most situations.

I get what you're going for here, sir, but I stand by my wording.

I'm saying you'll want to use polearm for a large portion of your experience with gaining experience points.
