A moment ago, a bee managed to land Final Sting on me when I was at about 80 HP. Level 10 in Konschtat Highlands. Current Gear. It readied Final Sting, said I fell to the ground, then died to either Dia or a swing that didnt register. I did take a screenshot of the event.

The attack that causes the final damage that kills you won't show up in your own chat log. Anyone standing around you would've seen the damage in their log.

Really? Is that a change between this server and the Official ones? It's been about 7 years since I played but I don't remember that.

I should mention - I was at 80 HP before the Final Sting hit. The bee was very very low. It conned DC at lv 10. Seems like a lot of damage for a DC bee, even at my level. I'm wearing up to date equipment too.

Yeah, the final hit, from any enemy to my knowledge, just won't show up in your chat log. The reason for it is kinda technical but you can basically just chalk it up to a bug. You'll never drop dead in a scenario where you shouldn't, nothing actually game-changing occurs, just that last hit won't show up in your chat log. It's something you'll get used to, not a big deal.
