New laptop 8g ram i5 processor. Intel HD 620 graphics integrated

Game is running so bad that it's unplayable when in a party of more than 2 vs more than 1 mob.

I tried fooling around with DG VooDoo but it never even works as in the watermark never shows up in game that its working.

Not sure what to do...
