1 Big change (hopefully PUP being implemented in some form or fashion, even if not 70% function I'll be happy.)

1 Huge Unwarranted Nerf (Look at you SAM, or something completely unexpected.)

2-3 random minor fixes no one cares about.

Sure, but if you already have a cerb mantle you don't qualify due to a pre-existing condition. The monthly rate also fluctuates based on how likely you are to be able to acquire said mantle

Oh, and how cool I forget... if nasomi removed your mantle, it's considered an act of God and is not covered!
