Follow - up after maint:

Nasomi has fixed the 1-H Rune Axe in last week's maint. I have verified all latent effects work properly and would like to thank him for looking into this (thank you!). The effects are even stacking propery with gaudy harness, which is amazing for bst soloing / farming.
