I don't think I have bought any crystals for about a month now, no idea why it would have shown my name as buyer.

To me, it looks like you want the server to know what a good guy you are more than you want to give the gil back. Maybe I'm wrong, but why the public show?

No affiliation with any involved parties, but seriously, you couldn't think about this for half a second?
Why tells might not work: player not online when mistake noticed. Wants to align times for compensation.
Why forum PM might not work: forum account name may not align with ingame character names.

It's people like mildew that confirms people cant be nice these days without someone trying to question it.
