Small corrections:
Sirocco procs but the damage of the proc is below retail.
Byakko's Axe either works or used to work. Mine proc'd right when i first got it - but its def been a while since ive noticed a proc.
Please use not-retina-burning green for the working list.

Rumors:
I've heard Mamushito+1 (spelling) either doesnt work - or doesnt work well enough.

The HP+35 (not sure about MP-35) does not work. All the other stat bonuses seem to apply.

Praefectus's gloves don't work, at all, anywhere.

death scythe works, and so does erm.... That pld sword that lowers enemy evasion.... I got one but forgot the name, bayards? I never seen blood sword from the beetle nm proc, idk about the alchemy ones. Double attack on sukesada works, multi hit on soboro sukehiro works. Those level 43? Katana with defense down works.

Algol fire proc doesnt work

Mamushito proc average, Mamushito+1 procs really well. Not sure why but that was my findings in doing lots of solo Ninja work.

Not sure if true, but I remember someone once telling me that it required you to have 35 mp to convert into 35 hp. May function but incorrectly as it may be behaving as converts 35 mp to hp instead of straight boost of hp and loss of mp.
