This is exactly why I haven't gone back to it after my initial 2 orbs. It's kind of a bummer too because this one can be duo'd pretty easily with a NIN and RDM.

I may try to throw some seals at 3-2-1 if ppl have seen full loot pools from it. Anyone who has done 3-2-1 care to comment on what strats you have found to work and/or what doesn't work so well?

I'd like to start to accumulate some strategic info on the BC 50's into a single thread to try to entice others to take shots at it. This will help us get a better grasp on drop rates and get some of these items out into the market.

3 sam/wars with penta (needs 3 maybe 2 merits in polearm) can probably carry the dps. with 3x sam/war mnk rdm brd 321 died with 20s to spare easily. Penta is just broken for the level. first try i did it with rdms using chainspell, which we found out the mob had 14kish hp vs the 10k. I havent tried it yet, but dagger drks might work too.

I'm assuming the SAM strat is without 2 hours?

Smilo would go up in price if Lynx went down. It's primarily low because Lynx is a rather large gating mechanism that reduces the smilo market.


Also, having watched a lot of new groups attempt OWNMs over the past few months... They are apparently harder for people than I realized.

I get what you're saying but not sure if I agree mainly because if you're buying a Lynx Leather you're also buying a Smilo in 99% of cases. Yet there are vastly more Smilos than Lynx. This isn't a function of demand, it's a function of supply. If Lynx were more abundant and the price went down, Smilo would creep up, but it would still be "cheap" relative to Lynx because the supply of Smilo has always been more abundant than the supply of Lynx.

I don't think RFK monopolizes the OWNM scene like they once did. I see a lot of recurring non-RFK names on the sales histories of many of the popular drops. The only reason Lynx hasn't tanked the way items like Sorc. Ring have is because Lynx Leather is a consumable that basically almost every char. wants.
