I am willing to negotiate, dirt cheap = as cheap as i can get it.

Mainly looking for real sellers.

Ppl that dont play the job anymore, or people that farm the bow constantly.

I, for one, am stunned that no one has /tell-spammed you repeatedly until you agreed to let them sell you their Ebow at an obscene loss. It blows my mind that people aren't lining up to throw away their gil. It's quite confounding.

Logic: if anyone is farming the EBow then they are not desperate for gil. Assuming that anyone is farming, they are probably waiting for the price to go back to 4 million which will never happen. Regardless, they are making a long term investment.

Time to farm/grind.
