Hi all,

I don't know what else to do so i'm making a post. I've gone to chat and pm'd Nas but i haven't heard back from anyone (minus teenytaru, ty) and the problem persists. This pertains to my mule account Knox, my main is Vainglory. My experience points seem to be locked at the current level of any job I'm on. It began on my bst at level 42 where all of a sudden i was unable to level to 43 (6999/7000 experience points). My job level even turned blue like it does when you switch to limit point mode. So I changed to rdm thinking if i leveled it might clear up but no such luck. Currently it too is locked at level 65 (25999/26000 experience points). I've completed the limit break quest so maat wont give me the light of day anymore. I'd really appreciate any help guys. I really enjoy nasomi but i don't want to have to start all over with a new character. Thank you all.

Haven't seen this one before, sorry friendo...

But I only ever hear of problems that come from deleting/trying to create a new character. So the path forward may be to keep trying for help from Nas in PM. Wouldn't mess with the existing char

Sounds like your mule and primary got swapped. This happens occasionally, gotta PM nas to fix it

If you click on account and login, your main and mule are probably swapped. Mules cant go over lv 10 and nas put in a block for it. You have to PM him on naschat so he can unlink it and you can fix it. Sorry
