Idk if its alright to ask here, what set ups are you guys using for the wins? I tried NINX2 and RDM but NINs got it down to 6%-10% and couldn't kill it. And thanks for the idea on the percentage of the drop rate! Been looking into repeating this BCNM.

NIN/RDM or NIN/BLM x2 and a SMN for kiting is really nice b/c the SMN dramatically speeds up killing the big eye. Other setups work but I have killed it using this setup for many dozens of runs.

Oh nice! Thanks for that tip on setup, I was considering using my SMN for this run, but apparently RDM works better on kiting, however, using carby to attack it instead sounds like a better idea. I do like kiting this on RDM. How does the /NIN OR /BLM affect NIN on UO? Does it help the elemental wheel?

Your NINs need to do better. Should be trivial for them to kill it.

Yes, rdm and blm subjobs will increase elemental wheel dps

Yeah, I didn't run with them anymore after, the 1st orb which was mine failed thought it was a fluke, and 2nd orb I was like nope, I'm out. I mean they were decently gear, I just think they didn't rely too much on ele wheel.

Bio can be used whether /rdm or /blm as well. Speeds it up a little. Bio pretty much cannot be resisted even duration wise. You get a little mp may as well use it especially since there will be a few seconds down time after you've gone through your elemental wheel anyway. But yea just sounds like your nin's needs to pick up a few more pieces of int gear probably. It goes a long way.

Awesome ^^ thanks a lot for the tips, on /blm or /rdm for nins, and yeah it does sound like a very good idea for them to do that. I mean I have no idea what they fought like since I did the kiting down to the entrance and back up. Fun BCNM to learn how to kite and stuff.

I burned a lot of seals the other day and updated the drops on the first page of this topic, still no luck on PCA but i will keep trying.
I would also like to add that after trying many different strategies for this fight, imo the best setup is blu/nin, rdm/whm, nin/rdm.
