Steps I have taken:

1. Account reset under account name Mcdees for me. It will say password changed, but this is not the case, it does not update.
2. Checking to make sure my account is linked, it is.
3. Checking to make sure it's run as admin, it is.
4. Changed the code to use the --username --password in launcher, no help.
5. Tried reaching out in NasChat but seems no one is available (could be just time zone difference) I am central time.
6. Account is not brand new, been like a week or 2 active possibly more but not much.
7. Made sure it says it's my main character and not any mule or what have you.

How this issue started:

I wanted to update my password to something new, I didn't use anything outside of example password12345 no special characters and no issues with capitalization. I kept it under 15 characters usually around 5-10.

So, any ideas on what I can do here?

I'm struggling with the same thing. I had an active account as of like March or something, and was playing it semi-regularly.

Since I stopped though, I no longer have the computer I had then and just today tried reinstalling Nasomi on a new computer. I'm at the same thing where it keeps asking me for my password and I've tried all the same tricks.

When I created my account in early 2018 I bound the game login and the forum login, so it's not that.

Have you figured it out? Or can anyone else shed any light on this?

Did you download the installer or use a older one you had?

Mine was doing this and it had to do with my antivirus I believe. It thinks the file from nas is a virus or something. Have you tried to allow it past that?

Our recent accomplishments

I saw that happen in the past and there was a notification about quarantining a file. In this case there's been nothing like that, unfortunately.
