Further developing the existing missions is content.

Probably just semantics. Either way, the point is obvious.. If you want there to not be insane lag in areas where 200 people are standing, give places for those 200 people to stand elsewhere.

Most likely your setup. Though I wouldn't know for sure. But honestly, the server is declining. Adding "new" content wouldn't help much, when we have missions that glitch, mobs that are broken, people can't change missions without them losing access to some endgame content. I'd focus on those first before expanding on new content.

you're not even open to the idea that maybe people are leaving because... there's nothing left to do besides HNMs with horrible lag?

No not really, people left for WOW, been banned and went to Eden, the DDoS has left a sour taste in perspective new players mouths and thus a decline in new player membership, as well as the duping and a strong presence of a toxic community.

Edit: Oh the only reason why we had that surge of players was because of Ninja playing here. I don't think he left, or his follwers left, because of the lack of content, but rather the stability of the current content.

Both groups are right, and either trying to say that one is more prevalent than the other must have more info than anyone can feasibly have. People have left because of bugs before ever entering end game, people have left for other games and often come back someday, others have gone to eden because they were banned, and others are tired of doing the same few things each week with nothing new in sight. The overwhelming amount of small bugs in the game have caused a very large number of players to quit, and the lack of more stuff to do in the end game scene has caused a very large number of players to quit.

this time i agree was just pointing at the comparison Mission/quest who some people experienced vs no content . But overall yes is exactly what you said now
