Hello, i just want to ask this before i do it just in case it is not allowed. This may sound stupid but i'm just being sure.

Botting is when the game plays itself without a human controlling it. so i were to set up a macro (outside the game) to constantly cast cure/protect to raise my magic skills up by itself, would that be bannable?

Can't you make a small script to cast a set amount of magic on yourself until your MP runs out then you would have to manually sit down to rest then stand back up and hit the script macro again?

That's botting, prohibited, and will cost you your character.

If you use ingame macros to handle all your spells and gear swaps you will be fine. The use of outside means like spellcast/windower scripts will result in a banhammer.

For macros like that I use the in game macro feature. With the lines provided you only get about 3 casts, and a call to say start the macro again. I'd love to use auto hotkey, but it doesn't work right and I don't want to be banned over something as trivial as a skill up macro.
