Sandy 9-2 is beefed up here, definitely not solo-able (would love to be proven wrong on that but I just don't see it happenin) it's actually a fairly intense dps race for non BiS teams.

Timelocked content =/= content that requires time. By your understanding, timelocked=requires time, which applies to everything ever anywhere. Like auto attacks, or my ability to take bites of my breakfast cereal.

If you cant distinguish the difference between waiting 15s for your sleep to come off cooldown and sitting at an HNM spawn for a week, I dont know what to tell you.

that's not what i meant. for me, timelocked content in dynamis is a group not being able to get drops because their sleeps are shitty and mobs are waking up to the point where they can't keep control of them through the nukegas.

more than two and it happened more times than i could count when i was in nexus last year. but yes, we're talking about cm chronically claiming fafhogg with very underwhelming damage. it was funny to wait for them to wipe just so we could clean up after them... until it got really boring and was costing us time (which we figured was chess' objective)
