Hi Guys, here's what's happened:
I had to change email/pw on forum, updated them everywhere game-related and ever since I couldn't log back in on my portal profile page. If i manage to login, it gives me an annoying blank page with no chars at all, and if I try the "bind legacy" option, to force portal into recognizing my former account, it replies "user information was not authenticated". It's kinda annoying, for i'm planning to have an alt, but I won't be able to link it to my main, and if i ever get stuck I won't be able to unstuck my char! I tried posting on the support page, in fact i did submit a ticket but on Oct 16th, still no answers to this very day, other than "we're looking at it".
Any suggestions? Should I just wait?

There is no way you can make an alt if you can’t access your account page on website

You should switch back to the old email, nas doesn't want people swapping emails to prevent people from selling accounts. swapping it back should fix your issue.

this is exactly why i asked nas to fix this D:

why is it being on it's way to permanent deletion? O.o? don't delete it, you need it for your account.

if it's a fairly new account, nas might be able to fix it for you but he has a lot of other more important issues he prob needs to deal with first.

bc it's a compromised email now, 2 of the many sites i was registered in leaked sensitive data, and i had to open a new email and change pw to all my sites (which was a pain in the ass) roll20 and blankmediagames, both leaked data
