The Opo-Opo Crown is functioning. I know most people out there knew it was broken, but it is now functioning properly.

Edit: It changes from -7 CHR to +7 CHR and gives 50 MP and MP. Still doesn't give its own +14 CHR, but that's the food.

1) Great news, my Alt's crown has a use finally
2) The crown may have always worked - but the knock off bananas did not give a food effect, so the food has been fixed i assume
3) Why would you not name the post "Opo-opo Crown and Pamamanas now work"?

1 - Yup, good news right? I mean technically on nasomi without the food giving +14 chr, a nobles ribbon+tuna sushi is still technically more CHR. I guess if you sub whm for end game stuff it could work out, otherwise in a pt its still kinda useless.
2 - I don't know. The food was supposed to give +14 CHR and then crown +7 CHR for a total of +21 CHR. But it seems we're just stuck with +7 from crown. So maybe the crown got fixed but NOT the food?
3 - In the spirit of Nasomi. Just like he likes to say "I fixed some shit" in his patch notes. I mean why wasn't the server owner the one who said "Fixed Opo-Opo crown" in the patch notes? That would be good stuff. Tho I'm sure people would just bitch that he focused on that instead of "content".

So... +7, and +14. That's +21 in my book.

Im no bard but I believe you are doubling up on effects there, the pamamamamas give +14 while wearing the crown, which -7 + 14 = +7 which is what the crown wiki page is describing.

The crown is -7 CHR. The pamama, while wearing the crown, was +14 CHR.. Making it +7 net CHR.

Not to beat a dead horse (and math aside) the original issue was that you could eat panamas and would not receive a food buff. Or maybe eating them had no effect.
It's been over a year since I got my taru a crown.
