When attempting to complete this quest where you are supposed to chop trees in the Jungle and get the Key Item, no Key Item is awarded. Only regular Items as if the quest script is not done in that area.

Also -- What is the current MOP for submitting bug reports these days? The support link always timeouts on me

Not all quests are working properly. This could be one. If you really want the item reward might be better off farming it

Well let me put some things in perspective for you two.
I had a bug in 2016 with smn. I needed an npc questline finished since it was glitched and I couldnt progress in it or with my smn.
I posted here, and messaged nasomi every other day about it. It took him 4 months to fix it. This was in 2016, where the max online was 400 and that was a milestone for the server.

Today, theres thousands of people who play, probably 5x more problems. People posting things easily fixed, or things like name calling, or other bugs like a duck swimming backwards. The server went up in population by 3x and he didnt grow into 3 ppl. In fact he even has a FT job now. So you basically have three options. You can keep trying to get nasomi to assist you, which probably will take upwards of a year. Or you can try to figure out a way to fix your own quests by doing every side quest you can think of that affects any npcs. Or finally, last resort, make a new character if you havent progressed far enough. There is no "quick" way to get nasomi's attention to stop him fixing everyone elses problems and stop coding the roadmap, because your npc isnt working. It sounds mean or rude, but I am just being upfront and honest with how things will probably work.

This is just a bug report and simple question about the proper method to report issues that Nas prefers these days.

I appreciate the replies and I am sorry you two also had issues with other quests/missions as well, at least it appears that one of the two quests is fixed based on your comments. To that end, if bug reports are not wanted, that's fine. Knowing the bugs exist helps is all. Reporting them to the proper place helps even more.

I couldn't care less about the quest or the rewards. Just letting it be known it isn't working.

That may be his standard response, when someone reported a BLU bug to him around 1-2 months ago, it was ninja fixed shortly after. Not to mention the ticket system not working, I'd say it's a safe bet he reads bug reports in the form of PMs.
