I need your help, I'm stuck, new character, I didn't make a mistake, it's not deserved, it's BUG.Someone responded to my post with a solution, but I don't know how to do it, and I don't see them responding to my pictures.

You can go and hit "Account" on the website's top, then log in with your forum name (if asked). Then click on "Maintenance" and then "Unstuck". You may need to log out first in-game before doing this.
